Mark Deacon

Mark started the company in 1986 on his fathers farm in a converted pig shed. He now oversees the agricultural machinery servicing, fabrication and machinery collections and deliveries. Mark has over 40 years experience in the Agricultural machinery industry.

Anthony Deacon

Son of Mark, Anthony showed an interest in the business from a very young age. He joined the company from school and has overseen the whole of the ATV/ UTV business growth. He is now in charge of all new and used sales as well as managing all departments.

Alf Deacon

Alf is the father of Mark and grandfather of Anthony. Alf is always on hand to ensure everything is in order, including the staff.

Colin Gleghorn

Colin is well known in the automotive industry for his experience in aftersales training. Colin works closely alongside all departments to ensure they are operating profitably, efficiently and providing the best customer experience.

Alison Gammons

Alison heads up our accounts department, she oversees all accounts and administration duties for both our Bedford and Bury St Edmunds branches.

Laura Wicks

Laura previously worked in the Airline industry where she developed key organisation and administrative skills. Laura works alongside Alison at our Bedford HQ and assists with all accounts and administration duties.

Ian Parker

Ian is responsible for all aspects of MKM promotion, including all of the social media. Ian has a diverse background in promotional work for some well-known person-to-person marketing companies. During his spare time Ian loves to watch Motor Racing.

Odin

Odin belongs to Parts Manager Natasha Smith, he is always willing to greet new people and loves a good 'fuss'. Odin is often featured in promotional pictures for the MKM group. During his spare time, he likes nothing more than a good walk.

Benn Shields

Benn joined us from the power equipment industry where he previously worked as a product specialist for Honda ATV's and Lawn & Garden machinery. He has fantastic product knowledge and he is very passionate and confident with the machines he sells.

Richard Adderson

Richard has huge expertise in a complete cross section of machinery, having started off his career with MKM as a technician. Richard shares much of his experience when discussing machinery, meaning that his position of specialist sales is huge benefit to customers. During his spare time Richard likes nothing more than working on the family farm.

Natasha Smith

Natasha brings her energy and vision to the parts & accessories department. Advising on parts and accessories for an eclectic range of machinery, both local and further afield.

Dee Shanley

Dee has a great eye for detail and an enviable reputation for service and is often the first person you meet at MKM

Bryan Rouse

Bryan has a superb knowledge of parts supply having built up his reputation over many years of dealing with parts suppliers to help a wide range of customers.

Steve Walton

Steve’s experience is in machinery, he has spent all of his working life on a farm where he has built an exceptional knowledge of operating and maintaining machinery. Steve is responsible for the collection and delivery of all new, used and serviced ATV’s, UTV’s, equipment, garden and compact machinery. He is not afraid to get his hands dirty and helps out in our workshops in between driving duties.

Kevin Sanders

Kevin is our new machine build technician and takes huge pride in ensuring that each machine is ready for use by the customer.

James Watson

Having spent many years working on an array of machinery, James brings huge knowledge to the MKM technician team. Working on ATV/UTV garden machinery and trailers too.

Daniel joins the technician team as an apprentice and is keen to find out more about all the machines MKM service and taking a formal apprenticeship.
